Study circle

It was interesting turn during study circle
We have been taking up some of the discourses dealing the topic "God Is". In one of the discourses there was a statement that this belief can turn this world into paradise. so the question arose how can we put it into practice.
As usual, every one thought in different ways. There was no translator to help me, so what I understood was only a bits and pieces here and there. When my turn came, I had few points to share about the topic. I will share them here again
There are broadly four types of people.
1 who strongly deny presence of God
2 who are indifferent to this question
3 who believe the thought that God is
4 who live the thought that God is
None of the above is wrong. Their number keep varying . though all of the above have something to teach, only the fourth type person is worth investigating in deep, because there is some stuff there. So below is some opinion about them
According to the Bhagwat Gita there are four stages of such people. They are
1 Salokya,
2 sameepya,
3 saroopya and
4 sayujya
Understanding that these words would be alien to even to many present age Bharateeyas , I thought of giving examples. Many of them have been to Parthi so the example can from that.
Salokya is like going and Staying in Prashanti Nilayam. It means living with God in same place. What happens when you reach Puttaparthi. It changes your routine and daily priorities. You involve more in bhajan and darshan. You have lesser distraction and disturbances. You give up many of your body comfort. You share your food and place with many unknown people. You don’t know may. You all are just like you in the prilgrimage of God. But this can happen anywhere once you enter the stage of salokya. So that is what happens when you feel you are living with God.
Next is Sameepya which is equivalent obtaining nearness of God. It is like going to Sai Kulwant hall waiting for His arrival. You cannot carry anything along with you. Just your self and nothing much. So that is what happens with getting nearer to Lord. Your attachment reduces. You have everything at home but you carry less burden.
The next is saroopya which meaning looking similar to God. When Swami comes, suddenly thought process slows down, some time even go blank and peace envelopes. Cannot say, one becomes same with Lord but there appears some similarity.
The fourth, Sayujya, the final stage means joining with nature of God. I cannot give exact example in the present series of analogy but still I would try. This stage may come from constant companionship. You start acquiring his nature, His peace, His bliss. You start radiating His Love. That is what which means when Swamis says your life is my message. Any object in constant companion ship of God acquires some divine nature. Even inanimate object like his car, It starts getting reverence. Even people who are lose to Swami start getting the respect.
Understanding this journey can make our attempt to put the statement that God is in practice. only when we reach the final stage we become living example for the statement that God is.
I myself was amazed with analogy. I had not even thought of them but they kept evolving as I was speaking and it was a surprise even for me
